Majedur and Maria greeted us warmly. They even gave us a discount on an upgrade. The hotel felt very cozy and well maintained.. the cleanliness of both the rooms and common areas really enhanced our experience. We felt at ease during our three days there.
i noticed that they didn't replenish q-tips for the whole stay, and there wasn't any paper or pen in the room to write with.

the hotel had a great location. we could easily access nearby shops and restaurants.. the room was also clean and well kept.
the room was quite small. maneuvering around, especially to get to the bathroom, proved difficult. noise from neighboring rooms and doors was also noticeable, impacting the overall tranquility.

I found the location quite convenient for accessing various shopping centers nearby the room had a lovely aesthetic and i noted it was clean and well kept. the staff were helpful and always had a friendly attitude . i really liked that access to the metro was easy too. It made exploring beyond walking distance simple.
the shower design allowed some water to splash onto the bathroom floor it wasn't a major issue, but i needed to use extra towels to manage it.
